Refinished the hardwood floors, all the electrical and plumbing fixtures are new.

It was my first purchase, and I had no idea I needed to inspect the plumbing separately. 

I add new electrical, plumbing, kitchens, LVP flooring, tiled showers always.

I know how to manage and lead people, I can do electrical and plumbing, drywall, paint, trim, flooring (except Tile but I bet I can if I ever tried it). 

I did eventually get in touch with L&I who confirmed that there aren't any fees associated with any of the violations that relate to plumbing, electric, interior / exterior damages, etc.

I wouldn't want to take on a job needing to move walls, electrical, plumbing etc in a real old house that you never know what all will be involved.

The insurance company wants records of updated electric, plumbing, roof, and HVAC, all having been done in the last 15 years.

Getting in cabinets and counters, you will be dealing with the cabinet installers, counter installers, may end up with electrician and plumbing too.  

A bad BRRR reno is a perfect example of this where the reno has great finish work but plumbing, electric, etc. 

The reason is, the electrical and plumbing can then proceed doing finishes, cabinet install, backsplash install, vanity install, bathroom lighting install ... as the rest of the crew then tapes, muds, paints the rest of the house.
