I did go to their website and found it very light on solid information: no detailed technical explanation of how it is implemented and all I could find on the warranty is that it is "lifetime of the structure and transferrable" - a copy of the warranty was not available.

One year wouldn't be a big deal, remember too that you authorize them to pull returns, that authorization can stay active over the term of the loan.Depreciation is the nature of the tax beast, it is not a cash expense and is added back in, all business assets other than cash/liquid accounts depreciate under one schedule or another, furniture fixtures equipment or real estate.

Other requirements could include side walks, storm water control, street trees, street lights, and running all utilities to the lots, including electric, gas, phone, cable plus water and sewer.There could be current zoning requirements that require larger lots than those platted maybe 50-60 years ago.

It might be worth leaving some of them in & having a landscape service come in once a year for a touch up.I go with standard color's in each unit, if I have carpet, light tan.
