Andre An DIRECT MAIL HELP!!!! Quality of POSTCARD
9 May 2014 | 14 replies
In my opinion the quality aspect of this decision is not on the card print quality but more so the quality of the content and the "quality" of the distribution area. When canvassing with postcards my most successful card was always a black and white basic card targeted at that specific unit type with a basic message of "I would like to buy your house, please call Mark on XXX" Im not suggesting using this exact card but there is so much spam going through doors from pizza places that a colorful card can be mistaken for something else.I would try 3/4 test runs of different cards, monitor the success and go with that.Hope this helps.

If the seller demanded high end magazines and all this other stuff the agents would tell them this. You the seller spend the money and give us the receipts and we will credit that cost off commission at closing. The reason agents did that on high end listings is you would spend thousands of dollars and sometimes tens of thousands of dollars in marketing only to have the seller test the market and pull early or not give the full one year contract to sell it.

I decided to stay committed where I live and learn this business through testing different things instead of saying it doesn't work where I live.I know for fact that coaching and mentoring is a very rewardingAnd fulfilling and as you continue to apply the universal law of providing more service than you're paid for, it will compensate you massive income way more than you make in real estate all the while helping other people get rich and change their family life by personally mentoring them !
