I wish that I could tell you what you want to hear, but no one in OH or any other state is going to magically give you the rate/cost that you think you can get.

I’ve spent years learning through books, podcast, Webinars, etc…, and have already begun my investment journey but feel I could benefit from prioritizing my objectives since time is valuable.I’m looking to organize my investment priorities through OKRs.

That is COMPLETELY bogus.Not because someone owes nothing on their house will the chances be greater they are in desperate need to sell their house for far below market value.People think that a list is some mystical legendary scroll, that magically increases the chances to get a lead.It is utterly ridiculous.Yeah sure you can combine the criteria, and hopes you have better chances.
