Hey everyone! I've been studying real estate investing for 3 months now. I've listened to a handful of Bigger Pockets podcasts and decided to introduce myself. My current plan is to use my VA Loan to buy a 4-plex to start out. I'm in Washington state, Pasco - Kennewick - Richland area but I'm very open to moving to a different area in the Pacific Northwest! Would love any pointers, or learning tools you guys can offer!

Hey @Journey Brabant! I live in Richland and have two duplexes. My next purchase will be a 4-plex using an FHA loan. Would enjoy connecting since we are so close! Welcome.
