It’s probably safe to assume you’re not in the business of investing at 4% or 4.5% to build cash flow, since that’s essentially what you’d be doing by making extra down payment.

So it will essentially be as if you were getting the mortgage in your personal name in terms of requirements, but in the end they will put it in the name of the LLC with you personally guaranteeing.Best thing to do is speak to some lenders in your local area and see what they'd require.

The lender can request the attorney to file the Quit Claim based on non-performance and essentially by filing the Quit Claim, all your rights and interest are transferred to the lender.

I read somewhere that back in June (when my trouble started) that they upgraded their pricing algorithm and now Zillow could essentially 'read' your pictures to tell how updated and modern your home was, if it had granite countertops or formica etc.
