I have been trying to get a hold of SBA customer service but no luck.

I am afraid I would be tempted to manage it which I don't want to do-- I want to hire a remote customer service manager to coordinate cleaning and any communication with buyers.

I don't trust they provide the proposals I make, and I have the feeling that they are not serving their customer's best interest on the process...

I'm not familiar with this particular contractor, but in general any legitimate contractor should be able to deliver the names and phone numbers of a half-dozen satisfied customers upon request. 

Unfortunately, a licensing board isn't going to care about crappy customer service.
