(but they do exist) Would have to be under 400K for it all to balance out that way.All around that seems to be the most universal recommendation - As low a price as you can, as little down as you can, as many properties as you can.

The major colleges, each is very unique and it's best to work with someone who is highly experienced and connected into that specific university area.

Usually, we can't do anything about it except rattle a saber as recourse is too costly.But in this case, the offending party happened to be a college professor from a local university, and plagiarism in publishing is a very big (and possibly careering ending) deal.

I manange a relatively small apartment complex close to a university, so basically I run a dorm.
