The inland empire east of orange county can also work for that, as could Bakersfield, but I am personally not that familiar with those sub-markets.For flips, anything closer to the coast all the way to the 210 fwy could work, so long as you can buy in at a good enough deal.

Some ARMs use it as the index basis for adjustment, too.If I'm in a day-trading mood because I'm ignoring my own advice about day-trading (the same way most folks ignore their own advice haha), I'll look at where the 10 year tnote closed on the East Coast as a sneak peek for where rates might be tomorrow morning, and still have 3 hours left (CA time zone in a CA headquartered company, baby) to decide if I want to lock today or wait until tomorrow.
