I have been buying & selling land and water rights in the western US for 40 years and joined BiggerPockets to meet people and expand my world. My wife and I own a geothermal hot springs motel & spa. We enjoy outdoor activities, including four-wheeling in remote in areas and getting sand with our dune buggy in Nevada, California and Colorado. My chief goal is to develop and operate a top-drawer destination resort focused on off-road activities.
