Have been investing for over 20+ years, although computers were my "real job" in the past.  Now have rentals in Seneca, Walhalla and Westminster.

 Helaine welcome , I know Seneca, as my grandparents moved from NY to 6 mile. This was back in 83.I was 10 years old coming down. What type of properties are you buying and holding there. Always like to hear more investment information on the state I live in.. Taxes kill us in on the SC side  for investment properties that is why I ask.
