Plenty of people are on Cradle to Grave Welfare, Section-8, free healthcare, etc...There are programs in place to handle this, but in many instances the wait times are too long to be of any real help.If it gets bad enough FEMA will step in and provide food and shelter as they did in Hurricane Katrina. 

There are a lot of programs out there that are helping right now. 

The SBA is doing up to 2 million at 3.75% for 30 year fix loans to businesses affected by COVID19, under the Economic Injury Disaster Loan Program.

Different lenders have different programs and those programs may appeal to one investor, but not another and vice versa.

It's called technology, they typically don't call people to ask them survey questions, it's 2020....So much for your "Fake News"...turns out you just missed the fact it was a web survey and automatically jumped to conclusions.

I'm an organization nerd so I'm trying to condense all deals into 1 program enabling us to track communication, who is involved in it, things along those lines.

We may even see some sort of new programs come out ( Maybe a return of a HAMP type program or the hardest hit fund?
