Top rated CRM's for commercial real estate agents.

Hello all,

I am reaching out to see if anyone has any recommendations for CRMs when it comes to a smaller commercial real estate brokerage. There are only a couple of us, however, we have a large list of clientele. Something that tracks when you most previously followed up. Maybe something that has tabs for sellers, buyers, vacancies, all that good stuff. Something that is, of course, user friendly. I want to be clear, we DO NOT need property management software.

Your input is greatly appreciated.

These are the top three that I've been looking into:
- Monday.com
- Pipedrive
- Freshsales

Thank you!

CRM's choice is highly dependent on how you plan to use it. I have prepared a small list of CRM that meet the needs of real estate specialists.

PipeDrive is classical CRM who is aimed at sales. It is one of the most popular and focused on small businesses.

FreshSales CRM. It has good built-in telephony. There is a free tariff plan with quite good functions.

Nimble CRM, it's a social CRM. It friends with social networks (Facebook, Twitter) and Office 365 and G Suite Teams.

Act CRM. It's a CRM for marketing automation.

Citrix Podio. Many real estate investors also use it. Podio is a project management system. Podio has some CRM functionality.

Your choice was Monday.com. It is not CRM for work with clients. This is a system for work with working processes. Reviews at g2.com.

If you tell a little more about how you plan to use CRM, I will be able to give to you more exact advice.
