beautiful home but has a cold feel interior, needs some items to soften the feel, some wall color or more throw items- pillows, blankets and the like. not even close to enough pics and should have a floor plan- there are a lot of apps you can accomplish this with, this is what i would recommed.

Looks good, limited colors (2), but should hold up well. 

Pick a lighter color and they will show less wear.

Than they ALL have a rags-2-riches story they detail, ad nauseum, and this ties into the brief snipet stories they tell right near the end of the "and look at all these people who have made it too".

If THEY want to paint, they pay and I approve of colors.

I don’t think there’s much wrong with the photos, but I’d recommend adding some color and local flavor in the decor, doubling down on those exterior-lighted photos, and changing the order of the photos, which are currently scattered across a variety of different rooms and spaces.

I don't recommend that color scheme moving forward, pets or not.

@George White - I've been in the process of vetting PMs in Kansas City too.

We have done color themes, and Indy 500 themes, but never really anything else. 

You'll likely have higher up front costs (points) at closing too.
