As my investing career has been advancing I wanted to start a thread for people interested in short term (or long term) rentals in Ocean City, Maryland and the Delaware beaches.I have two STR's in Ocean City that are doing very well.

I've got capital and I'm actively looking for a new property to ultimately hold as a long-term rental.

Short term rentals are only available to owners in PG County. 

I have one sfr that I'm holding with plenty of equity but it is under long term lease agreement and I don't want to leverage HELOC as I intend to cash out when the lease is up.   

I need some advice to push toward my goal of buying 4 houses in 4 years as long-term rental properties.

My family and I have been investing in Reno, NV for many years before I became an agent here and I'm extremely bullish on the area for the long term.
