Makes most sense to have one person do your taxes that has been advising and keeping records with regard to your investments and businesses, but I suppose if you really needed to keep your tax guy, you could still use a CPA as a resource and just pay them for their advice throughout the year.

If it's not covered at the beginning of the auction, you should ask the question.I suppose bank financing is possible, but I expect that would be difficult due to the timing of the process and the uncertainty of foreclosure being concluded.
