Makes most sense to have one person do your taxes that has been advising and keeping records with regard to your investments and businesses, but I suppose if you really needed to keep your tax guy, you could still use a CPA as a resource and just pay them for their advice throughout the year.

Mortgages are supposed to be wiped out at tax sale but since a private auction is already scheduled does that put the tax auction winner at risk. can someone buy at tax sale and still be foreclosed by a lender?
