Commercial banker needed, what am I suppose to be lookin for?

I have recently paid off a few properties if my portfolio, I want to get a refinance on these properties, take the cash and start to do the BRRR strategy. What should I be looking for in these bankers and what kind of bank would be willing to work with someone who has a smaller portfolio of 17 houses.
