I have failed much more than succeeded in my endeavors up to this point (not failure only feedback) today as I write this.

He is another new investor that knows the area extremely well and I am currently working to familiarize myself with the people/resources in Norristown to help us succeed. 

I agree with some other posters, this strategy won't likely work out for the buyers for the exact same reason that governments don't typically succeed in using eminent domain to build freeways through the middle of really nice neighborhoods ...

All lawyers responded that there was little doubt I would succeed and the property will be transferred to me, with all legal costs being deducted from the sellers proceeds.One of those lawyers contacted me and has taken on the case, on contingency, so I won't pay for his services upfront.I will update this thread when there is a final result.
