New to BP from Houston

I am new to the board and am greatly looking forward to learning and participating. I am not a real estate professional but have 4 years experience as a landlord of two properties with 7 total units. I am interested in rehabbing and learning new ways to acquire and invest in real estate. From what I've seen in the forums, there is a great wealth of experience and info here. I hope to learn, succeed, and pay it forward someday.
