New member from Washington!

Hello BiggerPockets forum! I wanted to introduce myself to all on the forum. My name is Dalton and I am from King County WA. I am blown away by the great content and shared experience of successful investors on here. I only wish I would have found it sooner! For myself I began on my real estate crusade in the early 2000's. Attending like many do going to seminars, reading and learning as much as I possibly could in my off hours from my job. I have failed much more than succeeded in my endeavors up to this point (not failure only feedback) today as I write this. I firmly believe we change when we reach the ultimate low point in our life and until that happens every desire we have to improve our lives has no power behind it. So with it all behind me now I am ready to conquer my goals!
