What I meant was that I suspect you learned to be calm in stressful situations, deal with conflict, and de-escalate the situation when need be.

Is there any sites or stats anyone uses to see where real estate investors are most active, which cities.

I am not looking for a high stress situation, but am wanting to somehow get into real estate to the point of where it can provide me at least a decent partial income.

Hopefully no damage occurred in such a short time, but I find that the move-in and move-out activities tend to always produce some nicks at a minimum.
