Creating ads on Craigslist

I have been using postlets.com to create ads for apartment rentals. I really like their design. But after a few posts, Craigslist starts flagging all my ads automatically that were created with postlets.

When I submit "plain" ads (without HTML) directly in craigslist they are shown, no flagging at all. So I assume CL does not like too many posts created with postlets and/or HTML.

Have you made similar experience? What tool can you recommend to post ads on craigslist?

Thanks,
Bastian

Bastian P. It's probably not the design of your ad getting flagged, it's probably another investor that doesn't want the competition. Try just placing a generic ad on there that's not from postlets, and see what happens. That's happened to me many times in So Cal in the construction section, I put ads on and they get flagged.

Craigslist is basically useless here for real estate, as agents bombard it with links to their listings, even on the FSBO pages.
