Greetings BP Family,  I wanted to get a true picture of how the following companies rate in terms of honoring legitimate claims in Connecticut:  ASI, Foremost and State  Farm.  

The couple spots of mold in the bathroom were very small and likely just due to the bathroom being tiny and having a shower.  

We purchased as owner-occupant per Fannie Mae rules as we purchased during the owner-occupant preference window before having to compete with other investors with agreement to live in unit at least one year, which will be up at the end of this month.Apparent water damage around windows and behind the shower area in the walk-in closet.

I am very open to meet and greets and cant wait to have new friends to enjoy learning from.

What kind of letter or greeting do you include to introduce yourself as a buyer?
