I just signed a lease on our latest property in Sansom Park today which is next to River Oaks. 

Post a sign letting peeople not to flush anything but TP.

When you sign the Option and submit it to the county does that include all needed paperwork to transfer down the road or will escrow need to get ahold of seller to sign things 30 yrs later?

My tenant is in her second lease with us, first a 12 month and once that ended signed a 18 month which ends May 2019. 

They claim this fee has to be charged whether I want to lock the rate our not, and that I need to sign the rate lock agreement to proceed.

I do know that at every closing I attend the seller has to sign a document that is reported to the feds stating that they are not a foreign investor. 

And if it is only partially occupied then there is a warning sign as to something  could be wrong.

Getting a loan for these typically depends less on your income and more on the net worth of everyone signing on the loan and the deal itself.

A     " FOR SALE"   sign comes to mind
