Macerating/Grinder/Up Flush toilet

I am considering turning an extra space into a short term rental and am considering a Saniflo macerating toilet.  For those who aren't familiar it is a toilet with a grinder pump to grind the "goods" and pump the remains upwards to a source of disposal.  Due to the location of the utilities it would take a lot of work to run a connection to the main sewer line so running a macerating toilet would save a lot of time and hassle.  Couple of questions:

1.  Anyone on here have one of these and have they had any "sticky" issues?

2.  Anything I should know before deciding to purchase and install?

3.  Would you install one again in a future property?

Thanks,

John
