@John K. wow two weeks for results that is old school.. now a days at least in the states I have licneses once you hit submit.. the computer spits our your results.. some states its pass or fail some will give you how well you did.Like on my NMLS mortgage banker test ..

Another problem you will have is that most lenders will want to see a rental history sometimes as long as two years and will generally also give you credit for 70% of the rents even if you have 100% occupancy.

Specifically to their latest guidance on denying applicants with a criminal history...I will be running the background check last as part of the application process instead of in tandem - which should let all the other key criteria be met in advance.
