I couldn't imagine filing and renewing that many times with the state each year, or going to home depot and needing to check out 5 different times because i'm buying items for different properties.

We had 7 year agreements but have less than 12 months left and due to change in management, the possibility of renewing another lease and service agreement and the details of the agreements are uncertain although we believe we should be able to work something out.

How you word your notice is up to you (and the rules you have to follow for where you live), but I would suggest expanding the wordage to set expectations more clearly.For example: Dear <insert name>, Your lease (or rental agreement, or whatever) for <insert address> ends as of <insert date> and is not being renewed.
