Dont be blinded to the reality of this deal, yes the seller is throwing in a duplex and a sfr, did you perform due diligence to verify his rent rolls on all 3 properties being offered in this deal.

The top serices will cost you $100-200 a  month whether you use it or not.I need something a little more powerful.The reality is without a legitimate purpose you are limited to the information you can get.
