Ways to sell or rent houses in a C neighborhood.
Hello BP Community,
I’d like to know some good tactics when selling your B class property in a C or D neighborhood.
Thanks In advance.

There is no such thing as a B-class property in a C or D-class neighborhood. That's wishful thinking, not investing. You're going to have to accept that the property is defined by the neighborhood.
