My wife and I are discussing the matter and are talking with our CPA next week.

At local RE meetup, I became aware of Los Alamos real estate investor but have not had a chance to network with him.

The question here aims at focusing our discussion on the macro location and market analysis, in a resolution of neighborhood / zip code. 

I live in a very remote area with no RE club and literally one realtor.

Goals are to discuss my clients and well as my goals over the next three months and beyond.Working with the local professionals would be a plus as I look to make our city better with fellow residents.

I have a partner that I had some discussions with about supplying these units. 

A RE attorney should have stock promissory note and mortgage forms.  

I actually remember it being discussed when we were closing but since I had never seen or heard anything from them, I just assumed it was being handled in escrow.
