Andrew, I believe you meant to post this in the REO not Bulk REO forum.But to answer your questions, that servicing company wont be servicing very long with decisions like that.

I mean I've always felt that the banks shouldve reigned in the crazy lending long ago, and pitied those poor folks stuck in those crazy mortgages...etc...just never thought it would turn on me.

The exceptions are those that are in properties where they are already significantly over market (as a result of poor timing...on their part!)

What is your threshold for rent/no rent decisions, as relates specifically to credit?

Hard money lenders will usually lend up to 70% of the After Repaired Value and base their decision on the property values not your credit.

While i enjoyed reading "rich dad, poor dad" i felt it was more of feel good, pump you up book and i was looking for INFORMATION and think i found it here..

So if you are getting callers on an ad for a $450 house, they can't afford $550.If, by any chance, they actually do move in at $550, they are already ticked off at you because it appears to them that you lied to them about the rent, and you are taking advantage of them becasue they are poor.
