I have a set term, like a HELOC, such as a 5 year period of time.  

Commit to that channel for a period of time without getting distracted by other channels and bouncing between them.

That made for some interesting walk-through experiences during the feasibility period. 

But I can't escape the reality that currently I do not make enough to float periods without renters while splitting a mortgage on a new house.

This strategy will allow you to accumulate quite a few properties in a short period of time.

A lot of changes in my life lately (change of country of residence, change of job, first kid going to University, etc..)Since I am going to stay in United States for a long period of time my wife and I decided we want to sell the house we owned in our country of origin.

Someone may need it as their own home has some issues and they need somewhere to be for a short period of time. 

But we live in a period of time where a lot of people want to convince others of their success (e.g., influencers and gurus) without actually obtaining success so it leads to a lot of confusion, misinformation, and just muddles the water on what is realistic and what isn't.  

When you are evaluating appreciation, ignore the COVID period.

I've never been to Columbus, and I have lived in Indianapolis for a short period some 20 years ago (I'm sure the city has changed a lot by now).
