Short term rental opportunity between occupancies? San Jose CA

Dear BP community,

I'm new to the forum and thanks for the wealth of info.

I have a rental property in San Jose, CA in which the tenants are moving out at the end of Oct.  I'm currently out of country and planning to convert this rental for personal use in Feb 2022 leaving 3-4 months vacancy.  I'm wondering how to utilize this property instead of letting it sit vacant so looking for ideas and potentially short-term rental property manager who can help manage.  This is an upscale 4-bedroom townhouse close to Apple HQ so perhaps corporate housing but not sure about the typical terms.  Any input or referrals would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.
