Any way you look at it, have your lazy dollars earning for you while you sleep to help increase your yields over time. 

I really did want to attend...just to see a lot of great people I've gotten to know over the years, but couldn't make it work. 

I'm a realtor just over the hill in Reno, NV and you DO NOT need a realtor to buy or sell a property. 

But  you also need to understand recapture income when you sell, which is basically a 25% tax on all the accumulated depreciation deductions you've take over the years.

I don't mind not having cash flow as I do have other lines of income however, I definitely don't want to go in negative and I do want my property to appraise over the period of time well and not give me too much maintenance headache.

She has been in the business for well over 13 years, has strong negotiation skills, and a good eye for what clients are looking for.

I believe most investors passed over the property due to current intrest rates.
