Most of those post have been about insurance for rental properties that cover AirBnb opportunities.Ultimately my goal is to A) Choose the right insurance provider for my first home, and B) Think like a savvy investor on the front end and go with a provider that will allow me to insure my primary residence with the ability to AirBnb the property from time to time with the proper coverage.Anyone had any luck with AirBnb out of their primary residence occasionally and insurance providers who cover it?

They are only more efficient if you use less than 40 gallons per day...ahaha.Standard tank heaters have an expected life span of 10-15 years, but they will usually last up to 30 years with even occasional maintenance.

Occasionally I think you can talk to the lender about helping you out but I’ve never taken that road.I’m not saying that it cannot be taken but I’ve never taken it.

In other words, an occasional "missed payment" isn't necessarily gone forever.The second deal I invested in with them was in December, 2017. 

The principle is what you need to take away ( Use HELOC money to pay your bills, deposit your income back to HELOC balance, Occasionally use HELOC money to pay extra principle on a loan, and repeat).You are gonna have the extra bill of the HELOC payment but Long Term you will have a lot a interest that you're defeating by paying principle off early.  

Occasionally in a national disaster Congress will extend some reporting deadlines like the 45 day list. 

I do get the occasional question about how to sign it, but I just tell them they did it when they accepted the stay.
