That led me to attending some workshops in my area which allowed me to network with both seasoned and new investors like myself and really focus on self education.My main focus is on learning how to wholesale properties that would then sometime in the future allow me to move to a buy and hold strategy and build my real estate portfolio.

I would suggest networking at your local REIA or Meetup group.

and have learned immensely from the experience.I just recently found this site and must say it's an absolutely amazing resource and I'm excited to learn from and network with you all!

I work a full time corporate job, but would like to network with local investors who invest either locally, Bakersfield, or out of state.

Another 1st hand experience is that you'll need to dedicate several nights a weekand half of your weekends to education and networking.

From there, BP, networking and experience have filled in the gaps so far.And I applaud you on being a great father!

., and I honestly couldn't tell you one significant thing I've gotten out of that and as for the more building blocks such as your ABCs and simple math may all be learned on the computer.A dream school for children, for me, would consist of Law, Accounting, Investing, Networking & Marketing.
