Good Afternoon everyone,
My name is Scott Hershberger and I live in the West Michigan area. I served in the Marine Corps for 10 years prior to my current job as a IT department manager.
My main source of properties is from tax auctions but I've also started a company called HMC Solutions LLC where I purchase properties for cash. I purchased my first property back in 2004 and have been sold on real estate ever since. I currently own 5 properties (4 in Michigan 1 in Myrtle Beach, SC) which I rent out. I'm primarily a buy and hold investor/landlord but am working on my first flip.

I'm still a novice to this Real Estate game but the time has come to ramp it up and get busy. I'm almost finished with my first complete gut (counters go in Monday!) and have learned immensely from the experience.

I just recently found this site and must say it's an absolutely amazing resource and I'm excited to learn from and network with you all!
