I have found a 5 trailer mobile home park in Georgia.

Hi @Sanjeev Advani, there's a commercial outpost (truck stop) in there and I wanted to know the feasibility of being a good investment.It's about 2.5 acres piece of land with a 1700+ commercial building on top and a mobile home as owner's quarters about 20 minutes of Barstow.

I have been thinking about RV parks and mobile home industry recently and been talking to someone from Four Peaks.

This will dictate where you purchase and look for properties based on that number alone.My point is that you always start with the end in mind and work it backwards, this creates the strategy (Buy and hold, flip, Wholesale, Notes) which will be driven by the tactic (SFR, MFR, Mobile homes, Short term rental etc) I always coach people and explain that the property is actually the last piece of the puzzle not the first.Hope this helps

hahahaNot the most practical mode of transportation when it comes to signs (for sale, Open House directional signs, banners, etc)... other than that, most paperwork is reviewed and signed virtually these days.
