Questions regarding PUD land with 2 mobile homes
We just contracted a 20 acre land with 2 mobile homes that is zoned as Planned Unit Development and want to see how that would impact our ability to wholesale the deal? Would that affect the value? prevent us from comping against similar properties zoned as residential, etc.?
Any info on this would be mega helpful.
