None that I have worked with before...but I have been eyeing them.

You'll have the peace of mind knowing a 2nd set of eyes has searched for any issues much like you'd pay an inspector for peace of mind of the history of the building even though they don't actually fix any of those problems.  

Would you trust a realtor enough to have them be your eyes and ears?

We currently invest in the Indianapolis area in single family homes, but always keep our eyes open to other opportunities.

Great advice everybody, your comments opened my eyes a lot.

I will upload a pic to show when I get home but the cupboards and the massive porcelain sink are straight eye soars and its the first thing you walk into the aprtment and see.   

All hands on deck, man your key boards, you don't need to see the whites of their eyes, fire at will!

Checked out another house but not really a fan of this mom-like lady who clearly is green-eyed and money hungry, talking about her greedy associates.
