Everything should be indicate in the partnership agreement. 

Any mismatch indicates they are providing false address.

It's simply an indication of whether or not a property should cash flow or not. 

He is trying not to change our pricing, but indicated that eventually we may have to start thinking of pricing for investment property loans as following the demand for non-agency bonds.

Sewage inspection indicated that there are some cracks, pipe separation where two pipes connect, etc, but nothing very serious. 

They shouldn't be priced more than comps because comps indicates same style (flipped and ready), so there is no need to pay for a turnkey property if you can buy another one, not through a turnkey company, that is sitting on the market flipped and ready.

I don't see anything in your post that indicates the listing agent did something wrong.
