I suspect you will find you have zero legal rights to use any part of it other than qhen quoting small sections in reviews, etc.At a practical level it will not been too big of a deal.

Second only to doing smart tax planning, I saw this as making the greatest improvement to my margins and return on investment.Some people are also their own handyman, title company, mortgage broker, etc.

So even if it does go well at first, it may not always, and you're likley best off to have residual income from another source til you work out the bumps in the road.For some people it may not be practical but I find myself in the perfect environment for a little RE Investing here in CT.
