money for a new roof
Didn't know where else to put this:
I am about to buy 2 new roofs. I can either take out a loan, home equity probably on my house to finance them, or, I can take it out of savings--actually what I had been saving for.
If I use my savings, I will have that much less down payment on my next house purchase.
Which is the best route, and why?
or, is there another, better, way to get the money?
One roof is for my own home, the other for a rental.
