The promotional items are nice in one way, but they do sort of feel like advertising whereas bringing them baked goods feels more like something a friend would do, and creates more of a human connection.

I have successfully completed a university degree in human experience and design.

I do not think the landlord would have any grounds to press charges for the disclosure of an unsafe or unsanitary living space that is unfit for human occupancy.

It peaked at 500K (absurd) and dropped as low as the higher 100's.

Unfortunately sometimes a new window will require a second site inspection/fee.Not sure what 'd do in your shoes... maybe take a look at your local habitat for humanity store, if you can get an awesome deal on a window that'd help

I see that the numbers are quite bad as you have SO many large houses that rent for very little e.g. 3000sqft renting at like $1500/mo which is absurd.

The fact that the lender requires the original documents to close the file is absurd.  

Excel sheets get lost and are prone to human error.
