The flipping heat has passed and now on the down trend while facing inflation and extreme low rental yield made me feel to get out of this country.

Each unit has its own gas water heater and gas-fired boiler for baseboard heat.

Our zip code's exposure on the heat map of "contamination" is only even registering on a portion of it and that's the lowest exposure.

New HVAC and heating system is the most costly replacement needed.

Even though rehabbing would be risky, this is a good neighborhood and I know for a fact inventory is very low around here and the market is heating up.

Only 2-3 months where the AC might be needed but at least 7 where the heat runs often.
