I'm torn on a downtown studio, it's practically for little money and conveniently located, but a studio only has so much equity potential.

No one cared, nor was willing to pay for, my upgraded appliances, high efficiency insulation, convenient & extra water main cut-offs, etc.

The water/electricity/gas/cable are just beside property line and the sewer connection is about 280 feet away.I thought about national STNL but the First  is hard to find one with favorable term and rate  and the Second is  if the economy goes down at future it will be less flexibility then the MTNL.Building 10k sqft on an acre is kind of typical at our area right now , I totally agree with you more parking space and convenience to in and out  will be an advantage.

Can you get the information else where....yes.....I look at it like this.....you can buy a loaf of bread from the bakery outlet store, from the grocery store, from convenience store, or from a gas station....but the further you get from that outlet store...the more your pay and the bread become suspect.....

Convenient to everything now that I-140 has an exit just a minute from Porter's Neck Road. 

I left NY when I was 17 to go to school down in Myrtle Beach ( conveniently located ) My  parents left out almost 10 years ago.

Your generalities are convenient I'm sure, but inaccurate mostly.
