Tips for New Cabinets

I am currently building 3 spec houses. All 3/2 with about 1,400 sq ft. These are my first spec builds, previous experience in in flips. I have never had to replace the cabinets in any flips so this is my first experience installing new cabinets. I would like to put in a little nicer cabinet without the high expense of custom built cabinets. I would like to get some feedback on any positive and negative experiences. I am looking for white cabinets made of real wood, no MDF, nothing in a box from Lowe's or Home Depot. I am currently looking into Cabinets 2 Go, a national retailer. Their cabinets are real wood, but I am hesitant to put faith into a mass production company.
