Does anyone know if there is a similar link for foreclosures in Rhode Island?

In my opinion, the problem is land needs to get cheaper if you are going to be able to build a low-cost home for the masses.

Can anyone recommend someone in NYC/Long Island who can take pictures of a property to post for rent to own?

The property is in Oak Island, NC -- 3/2 within 500 feet of beach.

I live on Long Island but invest in Memphis where you can get houses in that range.

I paid $275 for the old Fairfield Marriott in Elizabethtown outside of the island, which is not a great area).

I'm specifically looking at the North Carolina Coast (OBX, Atlantic Beach, Emerald Island, Ocean Isle, Oak Island, Holden Beach, Kure Beach, Surf City, Topsail, Carolina Beach, Wilmington).

But that comes at the expense of being on an ever shifting barrier island.

I like the interface, so far.This property is on the barrier island in the area South of Cape Canaveral and Cocoa Beach, so demand seems to be pretty high My first booking is for January for 5 adults and 60 days.
