Given the proximity to I-95, low crime, relatively clean, could Port Richmond be on the upswing anytime soon as people get priced out of areas like Fish Town?

So yeah, I basically understand it as both parties should pay, but enforcement is loose and if you are buying small properties there is low chance of getting caught due to a small fish/big pond scenario.  

It's full of information all about the nuts and bolts around multifamily.  

.- Variety- Inland farming and fishing, snorkeling, golf carts on the Beach fronts, deep sea fishing, Mayan ruins, local people.- Weather is a perfect offset to Iowa Winters.
