I guess there is no laws that keep them from taking advantage of someone.

If the buyer offers a more price advantageous closing office, there could be saving for all parties involved.

It would be to the city's advantage to get this fixed rather than them having to pay to get it knocked down...

I know you can offer a little more with seller financing and it still work for both parties Actually, one of the advantages of SG is you can offer less...and the seller still makes more.
